About NexSchedule

* Automatic calendar updates: book the conference room from the calendar on your computer.
* Book a room in 2 taps from the app!
Privacy! No data, analytics, metrics, or tracking at all!
F.A.Q.
How does the app work?
Most companies have a conference room calendar account to book appointments and meetings. NexSchedule connects to this calendar (after it is set up in the Apple Calendar app) and presents upcoming meetings in a useful way. Changes and updates to the calendar are automatically synchronized.
How much does it cost?
NexSchedule will always be free to use. A monthly subscription of $4.99/mo unlocks features such as
Removing advertisements
Changing the conference room name
Automatically dimming the display
Displaying contact information on the main page
Uploading your company logo
Customizing the background image
Your subscription has a free 7-day trial, and after that, charged USD $4.99/mo.
How do you store my information?
We do not collect or store any information about you, your company, or how you use the app!
We do collect crash logs to make the app more reliable.
Google AdMob may collect analytical information such as the number of impressions made or clicks on an advertisement.
How does NexSchedule compare to other conference room apps?
Simply put, we have all of the same great features but we're free (or $4.99/mo if you subscribe) instead of $14.99 (per meeting room).
About the Developer
Hello, I'm Daniel, the creator of NexSchedule. I hope you enjoy using the app. I created NexSchedule to solve a business need for my own company when I noticed that we had iPads outside of our conference rooms, but they were displaying the Apple Calendar app to show upcoming meetings. As an iOS developer, I envisioned NexSchedule as an easy way to see if the rooms were available and mark them as occupied as quickly as possible in a meaningful way.
Outside of NexSchedule, I build custom enterprise mobile apps in native iOS and Android. I have been developing for iOS for almost seven years and can help your company design innovative mobile solutions. Feel free to contact me if you have any app ideas or would like to work together. Thank you!
